DESCRIPTION:Tier 2 Defensive Pistol Skills is a level 2 course that is aimed to improve your knowledge and practical ability in additional context.  The pre-requisite for this course is Defensive Pistol Skills is an intermediate/advanced pistol course which requires a prerequisite including Defensive Pistol Mechanics, another instructor\'s class in which the student worked from a holster for the majority of the class, a C-class rating in an action pistol sport such as IDPA or USPSA.

This course focuses on:

Moving while shooting

Shooting from alternate stances

Shooting from alternate positions

Incorporation of barriers, furniture, and more into the field of fire

Decision making scenarios

Emergency First Aid

Introduction to shooting from vehicles

Introduction to Active-killer mitigation

The currently expected round count for this course is up to 350 rounds, but feel free to bring more since we will let you run drills multiple times as daylight permits.  Expect to be there for up to 9 hours.
