Terms and Conditions: 1) Registration for the class you wish to take is required. Simply choose the proper tuition option and/or use your certificate in lieu of payment! a) Certificate options: i) Mail the certificate to our PO box ii) Bring the certificate to class and we will take it from you at that time. iii) If you register under the presumption of using a certificate and do not provide the certificate, you will not be allowed entrance. Certificates will be treated as normal tuition in terms of refunds. 2) Tuition, materials, or rental payments: a) Any deposit payment made by personal check that does not clear will result in a fee equivalent to the penalty charged to Condition Red Response (CRR) plus a $5 service charge. b) We operate on a minimal budget and spend tuition money on supplies and overhead expenses almost as soon as we get it. Therefore: Refunds on deposits will be given only if you find another student to take your spot. c) Venmo is preferred method of payment. d) No checks will be accepted on the day of the class. Cash or equivalents only. e) We do not take credit cards at this time. f) Refunds may be subject to a fee (no greater than $25) if we are required to mail a check. We recommend that you transfer your tuition to the new student and collect the money from them. g) COVID policy: Full refund or class credit is given if you are forced to stay at home due to a Covid 19 infection. We will require both prior notice and proof of a positive test to provide a refund. h) Failure to show up for the registered class will always result in forfeit of deposit/certificate unless extreme circumstances (such as an accident on the way to class) prevent attendance. 3) CRR reserves the right to terminate your class participation at any time based on safety concerns. 4) If you are not found to be a “proper person” to own and use a firearm as defined by the State of Indiana or the United States federal government, you will not be allowed to take the course. Deposit will not be refunded. 5) You, or your legal guardian in the case of a minor, will be required to sign a sign a waiver which will be kept on file indefinitely. 6) If you are under the age of 18 you must have pre-approval by CRR and be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the course. 7) Certificate will have an expiration date exceeding 1 calendar year in most cases. 8) Certificate must be used for the CRR class that is indicated on the certificate. 9) Photocopies of the certificate will not be permitted. If you desire a souvenir copy, we will return your certificate to you after it has been marked as fulfilled. 10) Certificate is transferrable as long as the new owner is a “proper person” as indicated above.
